Wonderful food, I was so full my eyes were popping out of my head. There is such a wide variety of food from Chinese food to seafood to American food, amazing soups. The best fish I have had in awhile. I will say it is cheaper to go during lunchtime

Tradewinds Buffet is alright. I went on Saturday, which is prime rib day, so I was happy enough with AYCE beef. Otherwise, the rest of the offerings were just ok.
It was $22 + tip per adult, which I thought was reasonable for an AYCE casino buffet. They have you pay tip before you enter which I'm not used to. Service ended up being almost non-existent though, since it's obvs a self-serve buffet and the soft drinks were self-serve as well. Our server was even a little slow with cleaning up our plates (I swear it wasn't too hard to keep up with us!).
The prime rib was great! It was cut thick to order, and I got a juicy rare piece, and I liked that there were sauteed mushrooms too. But the jus I got was literally bottle of the barrel, so it was concentrated and far too salty. There was fried chicken, ribs, build your own pasta and pizza, a salad bar, a few seafood items (shrimp cocktail and cheap pan fish), desserts, and more. Out of all the things I tried, I just liked the prime rib and shrimp cocktail the most, which is what I went here for. -

I've been to quite a few casino buffets, and this one offers your typical experience, but nothing exceptional.
Food: Good selection with daily specials (we were there on a Saturday and prime rib was the star). Plenty of seafood options from shrimp cocktail, fried tilapia and northern pike, the latter of which a hit for me. Add in fried and roasted chicken, mediocre pizza, soups and a salad bar, and you get the gist. The prime rib was good, however, with extra salty au jus on the side. Top things off with a hefty dessert selection of pies, cakes and ice cream and you have a meal worth the $20 price if you're starving.
Atmosphere: Slick and modern. This must've been recently remodeled, as it featured cool tones, modern lines on-trend decor. Overall, a comfy spot.
Service: I mean, it's a buffet, so service is a bit hands off. It's what you'd expect.
Overall: Typical casino buffet with decent food offerings. You'll feel like a bag of chili afterwards if you go overboard, especially if you force down that peanut butter pie and ice cream. -

Their buffet is pretty good with tons of variety and a HUGE salad bar. There are carving stations, a dessert station w/ gelato, cakes & pies, seafood, an Asian bar and more! Tons of variety at a reasonable price! The only downfall is you have to plow through the smoke-filled casino to get to it.

i was so excited to go have Crab legs and when I got there I was so disappointed! the variety of seafood was horrible. The best thing they had were the Oysters. The main event(Crab Legs) were dry and dark old. HOW LONG WERE U GUYS STEAMING THOSE SUCKERS.. I would never go back to this. buffet. Mystic is 10x better. The wild rice soup, WACK! salty! it was even sour!
